A business model is a map of the offerings that you get paid for. This is the foundation, so it’s where we start. You’ll receive a questionnaire, template and coaching to create your business model.
Your business model will:
Meet your revenue goal with on one or two core offers.
Contain a medium or high ticket offer (so that you’re making good money with any size audience).
Have prices that work for you and your participants.
Allow for a current model, a near-future model, and possibly a further out model.

Building a business that brings you 100K, 200K or 500K takes a looooooong time if you’re selling offers for $300. It also takes a ton of hustle and an enormous audience. When you sell an incredible offer for $2000 or more that serves a smaller number of people, you get there way faster. This will also give you the overflow to write checks to the organizations you love and serve people for free in any way you choose.

No. This intensive is a group of business owners who value liberation and justice. I’m happy to share how I am dancing with and learning JEDI practices in my own business, but I’ll refer you to some real JEDI masters to get that support, just like I’ll refer you to a lawyer when you want the best legal advice.

We start by briefly sharing wins so that we can celebrate what’s working and resist our negativity bias. We focus on one member at a time as they share a particular problem or opportunity in their business and get coaching from Annie.
